I went into my WM talked to the WM manager, he didn't know anything, but he was graceous enough to allow me to do what little I could for my customers. I got my pics to the service desk and let the wm mgr read the letter from Able, posted a thank you and good bye letter, and walked out to my car. The drive home was admittedly a wet one.
