Here are my thoughts. The site that published the article is not located in the US. I would not be surprised if they sent this article or something similar to subscribed readers yesterday so they can get in (..well out) ahead of the news. So there are two thoughts here. 1) Those selling yesterday were sheep to the stock promoters or 2) The selloff was intentional with hopes that today's article would manipulate the stock lower (e.g. Sharvy) in order to cover. I don't know which, but I'm hard pressed to believe yesterday's price action and today's article were independent events.
