I am very interested in RIC

I have been buying small blocks down at this level, between 2.39 and 2.60

Might pop for 100 more if another play I have comes thru

I like RIC in the long run, think it could easily get back to 10 bucks over the next 6-12 months

I think most of their bad news is behind them
