If you are smart, none!

I am not sure other than buying some nearly worthless pink sheet shares if you can participate any more. If I recall several month's ago I received notice that the Cap trust owners were given a bar date as to showing proof of ownership. That no other claims after that date would be honored.

If you think you can buy a pink sheet stock selling for 10 cents after bankruptcy distributions have already started taking place and somehow get rich, I think you are in for a big disappointment. Ask yourself why there is no volume. I owned some Senior unsecured debt and I think my distribution was about 26 cents on the dollar.
