No. All of the stipulations are what they are. But, it wouldn't matter because the whole agreement isn't actually signed until the date of signature, which is after the stipulations which means that it automatically, instantly expires. Looks like a sneaky way to do another fake LOI just like they did on Bobby V's and KFC. They've done it twice already...I believe they're doing it again.
