Ridiculous transaction. $2 million in value given to JJ's family member for an asset sold a short while later for $540k paid out over 4 years.
If the property reserves prove up roughly $45 million worth of copper, MDMN gets another $500k.
To make up the shortfall of roughly $1 million in value, the NSR would need to be 1/4 of a billion dollars.

Hard to call that a good deal for MDMN.

I wonder how many of those 20 million shares in MDMN have been sold off.
