I think the increase in the dilution has to deal with the spin off that is imminent - seed money for the spin offs? Bottom line - the increase in the shares by over 100 million is for something GIGANTIC in my opinion. When the 10 comes out, we will know 100%. You will NEVER see .05 on this stock again - EVER!

P.S. Load if you can, I wish I had more, because we will be black for the next few sessions. I'm looking for over 10 million in volume today, tomorrow and going into next week. IMO
