Here is what concluded and conclusion mean.
"$50M irrevocable funding"completely funded this 1ST. Quarter of 2013. /01/08/2013 @ 9:00AM....................................After great effort by all involved over the last several months, GESI’s project funding has been confirmed 04/03/2013 @ 11:45AM ."
This is going stright up my goodness man they just got 50 mil in funding and there float is so low......BUY!!!!!
