If RYLES did post or publish it would likely be what is already pretty much known. Maybe just do a spot of verifying. It could be different if he were deposed under oath by a Government agency and they granted him immunity from prosecution.. He probably does know much more than he is saying..

But so far, all Government agencies have dropped the ball...CDEX is too small to fry.

None are interested in chasing a relatively unknown entity that has no general publicity value, hidden in the whole damn forest
of internet penny stock scams. To make a concerted effort to clean up that mess would require an action of congress and appropriations.

So they publish a beware statement or two to the public, "stay away from scam stocks", and let it go on.
