Amendment to Articles of Incorporation of Kranem Corporation;

1. Article 2 of the amended Articles of Incorporation is amended to allow the Company to issue 200,000,000 shares of Common Stock.

2. The Following Article 7 is added to the amended Articles of Incorporation:

“7. The Company may obtain Shareholder approval by written consent in lieu of a Shareholder meeting."
