I thought about the clerk's entry of Judgment, signed by the court, was a judgment. However, the Court still had the hammer on the RR, and other motions pending before it, so not sure how that could be a final, appealable, judgment. All issues before the Court, and in the trial, were NOT disposed of in the Clerk's Judgment. This is where I'm lost procedurally.

I certainly don't profess to know it all guys, and NEVER have. I've put my .02 in as I could, and on most procedural issues, I simply gave you the rules to back it up. Don't feel I've been off base before, and not off base here, but rather looking for someone with more knowledge than I have to make a clarification. I've already said I'm STUPID regarding this Notice of Appeal, and I am.

I think I've had some good input here. This motion exceeds my limitations. Not sure I have anything else to offer.
