I'm not upset about it. I';m procedurally lost. I don't think it's a bad move, but don't understand the timing of it procedurally. I expect to be taught something here that I didn't know, and I'm in the biz. Appeals are nothing new to me, but I always thought you had to have a final, appealable, judgment from which to appeal from, which is my procedural dilemma. Not saying what VRNG did is wrong at all, but only that I don't personally understand the timing of it.

No doubt to me there is some muscle flexing going on. I have no problem with that. The timing baffles me, and that is what I am seeking advice on to see, at least in MY MIND, where we are procedurally. Red and Beav?
