A SEC official told me I'm still a shareholder if the stock is Revoked. And when deals are made in the coporation's name its also done in the shareholders name & to try to dispose of shareholders is an actionable offense called" breaching of fiduciary responsibility" .The SEC lives for easy slam dunk prosecutions like this.
With deals done & being done in the name of Superior Oil & Gas I Don't think we have anything to worry about.They are looking for Oil not Jail Cells...
