Take a look at the "big happy family" sticky. It documents a convoluted, incestuous mess of mining scams, crooked CEO's, and a lawyer (Paradiso) who not only handles legal issues but may be running the whole show behind the scenes.

MISM (formerly EVXA) did not buy GDSM, but they share a lawyer, and they claim to be involved in the same mining property (the Azurite Mine). Don't be confused by the Gold Star Mine references - MISM has a $725 billion dollar placer up in Nevada by that name, and GDSM is supposedly involved with another Gold Star Mine in Arizona with a paltry couple hundred million in placer gold. Both gold valuations are fabrications, of course. And, based on low interest in either stock, there are not many believers left.
