Does anyone understand the logistics here?

There are a lot of way to remove most of the liquid water.

A centrifuge system would work. I don't know the economics of that.

A press system to squeeze it out would have the advantage of densification at the same time.

Use the waste heat from the kilns to do hot air drying on a conveyor belt type system.

This all sounds so easy.

The problem is the shear volume!!!

Do a little exercise here and contemplate how much space is required to work with 4 tons of plastic per machine per hour.

Picture having to spread it out, ruffle it around.... even in a container or on a conveyor...

We are not talking about a shoebox full here....

Any idea the time money and infrastructure that would be required to support 3 processors... 12 tons... every hour...

Rush the process or make a mistake and KABOOM!
Or, shut down, clean out, delay delay delay...

What is that a 24 hour down time per goof?

no room for error
