If pennstreet really wants people to believe that CDEx is no longer the scam that even he claims that it HAS ALWAYS BEEN, then they never should have hired the CEO, the twice bankrupt, failure of a business man, IMO.
No matter how much pennstreet tries to bolster the CEO's image it's just all fluff and everyone knows it.
The CEO does NOT give investors that warm fuzzy feeling needed for PP sales, and after all, isn't that what it's all about.
That's how this scam has survived for the last 13 years without a single successful product- sell the light at the end of the tunnel and strip shareholder equity through reverse splits.
