water has a way of getting buried into plastics and not evaporating because ITS BURIED. The plastic acts like a humid environment and does not facilitate evaporation out of the system. Think about a beverage container not #1 or #2 that JBI may get in a bale that has been only half consumed. They are going to have to dry the shit to make sure it doesn't fowl up the machine...there's another prep cost. By the way...why is JBI selling their #2 fuel for less than 3$...I just payed my oil bill for #2 heating oil and paid closer to $4. Why is naptha and #6 being sold at such a discounted rate. Store the shit and sell it later for a better price. They do have a tank field. Too many bullshit issues surround this circus.
