Their failures to attract funding will get them pretty soon.

All spams except one has eventually ran slap outa believers and faded away.

LOCH/CDEX will be no exception. The have already reached the no believers stage. Now they are just awaiting the executioner.

Only the shell is worth anything. And that is only because they are already set up with shares etc, on the OTC market. Does not have to go through the listing process.
