Gump.....There is no confusion with the S-1 or the divi. With the exception of maybe 1 or 2, I have not heard any complaints from anyone who received the distro. Those 1 or 2 are unhappy because they were talked into selling when they shouldn't have. The S-1 is history. You were wrong on it before and you are still wrong. My broker has not told me to sit on my shares because of some impending problems. If there was something going on I do believe we would have heard about it before now.
