Just because someone is dumping their shares does not mean the company is diluting the float.
BIG DIFFERENCE.
There is no filing to indicate new shares have been issued or freed up.

The stock is thinly traded and i hear a previous shareholder named Roger ------- may be dumping a bunch of shares. (Just a rumor though)
