I wouldn't say lie. More stretching a possible truth. I dont think I am asking too much. Three key strokes and a mouse click on the post button.
Why anyone would "lie". Maybe to start a mini pump or try to get a buyer here or there.

This is OTC. Credibility can still be achieved.
