I think someone is manipulating the price to get as many cheepies as possible. This puppy will be sold for $1.5 to $2.50 and it could happen at any moment. Noone in their right mind would would be selling this at these levels which is less than cash. Pure manipulation. I have seen it many times and they will let it fly when they've got their fill.
