My thoughts are, if Vringo is sold , it will only be the I/P Patents that are desirable, and that Vringo with Lang will keep Vringo in tack and develop new technology lab for mobile apps.
I only believe part of vringo would be sold not all .. technically we end up with residual from the sale and a spinoff Vringo.. Now all that being said, I rather see a settlement and not a sale .. imho
