GM all, GM khaliis,

even if the dilution stop

Well, let me say this first: public companies, whether big or small, are public companies because they are capitalized differently--they raise capital from the public (institutional and retail investors). This is merely another way of saying all public companies dilute. It is an unrealistic expectation to see no future dilution, so what we look for is the rate of dilution, really and how hard shareholders' equity will get hit as a result. Ideally, we do not want to see anymore financing like that of Asher in the future because it has the tendency to flood the market with a enormous surplus of MINE shares. BUT, keep in mind that even with Asher now holding equity (shares)post conversion, MINE's share structure can easily absorb it as the float is still relatively small in comparison to other pennies that have 4X the float. Stocks with a bigger float have made moves past a penny and more. MINE will be no different, just higher because of the smaller float, IMHO.

what will bring enough buyers in for a big move ?

As silly as it sounds, traders buy a stock simply because it's moving up on big volume. :) Then more come and more come...building momentum (momo). On MINE, we should see a G.C. at some point in the very near future, then more will come. MINE will release awesome news and then more will come. I hope you see the picture. More people = magic. :)

Have a great day!
