Xytos is dead. Tim has had 10 years to fix whatever he was going to fix. You need to realize all his moves where to keep a few people making money off a non-exsitent company. Tim has put out bogus information one after the other.
So, will it be fixed ever? No.
The reason the SEC kicks companies like XYTOS off the trading boards is because they have had ample time to "do something" if they were going to do something.
