I am somewhat of a mind reader, so I can
outline Uncle Alex's letter to shareholders.

Thank you for being a valued shareholder and
supporting the mission. 2012 was a difficult year,
but we did achieve almost 10% of our stated
revenue goals.
The kiddie seat that was supposed to roll out
3rd qtr 2012 just did not happen. I will promise it
again sometime in 2013. On a good note my children's
future is really looking up. I am a little disappointed
that the fins had to show this gift to my children
comprises about 3/4 of ATWEC's debt. We tried to gloss
over that by valuing the patent and goodwill at 4M.

This game I play with the share count and the reverse split
is getting me a lot of attention and as soon as the SEC makes
me, I will explain it. Not in detail, but enough to CMA.

Please support ATWEC by buying as many shares as possible,
if you need to margin higher priced securities, DO IT!

btw, I'm not expecting the new auditors to hang around long,
so don't get used to the idea of audited fins.
