Dilution only happens if the note holders convert! They issued convertible notes not stock! They could never issue stock so therefore it will most likely be warrants that would have to be converted in order to dilute! Get it? And for the record they are not desperate enough to do a R/S! That is their last card! Usually only used for listing compliance! They trade the pink sheets!!!
