Typical dilution 'scams' don't have partnerships with a 65B company that market and sell your wares.

Yes, I understand massive dilution has taken place, but there is a big difference between a dilution 'scam' (aka CMKX) and a company that is issuing debt to cover operations for a viable product while trying to move from a research phase company to mass use.

'Scam' being the keyword I disagree with.
