As for your comment about most border cities, I did check some of the major cities of Canda, Quebec City, Montreal, and Toronto, and none of these cities would have much to do with the United States Health Care System.

When I get some time I will look at the Cities that on the Western Provinces.

As for picking articles, I just Google something, and try and read as much as I can, and then I try and post articles that would be considered fair and unbiased.

Any healthcare system is only as good as the provisions that are available for anyone who needs it. It just seems in America, before Obamacare, those with money, or Cadillac Insurance plans got the quickest and best care. Then it was a step down approach. If your Insurance carrier offered coverage, it was done on a cost basis, if coverage was given. Not exactly a good way of getting health care.

Then there were all of those 10s of Millions who have pre-exsisting conditions who were denied coverage, not exactly a good way of dealing with health care problems.

Then there were the poor, another 30 Million, at least who got no coverage at all, or recieved health care via the Emergencey Room, not exactly the best way of either getting health care, or paying for it. Since the poor could not pay for it, the bill was passed on to the rest of America with Higher Insurance premiums. Not exactly a good way of dealing with escalating health costs. Another reason why health premiums continued to skyrocket each year.

Its also not a question of choosing articles, but instead looking at statistics that have been compiled over the years and seeing where america ranks.

Healthcare is about the overall health of each nation, and not how much is spent on an individual, there america is the leader, we spend the most, but most articles also show that the overall healthcare of americans is less than in most of the industrialized nations of the world.

As for any reference to Cuba or North Korea, not exactly on my lists of nations that should even be part of any conversation. Probably the worse examples of civilization, except for maybe Haiti.
