Well, it seems to me the people (criminals) that wrote the Bill knew that loophole was in there and Corporations would take advantage of it.

Systematic destruction of the lower middle class. A bankrupting of low income Amerika. The Demons that wrote the Bill very well know people cant live on 29 hours per week.
