thanks for your input, i know what you mean about "damn". been there,done that. food for thought where i live there is a big gas and oil boom going on , however the best is yet to come. basically it's in it's infant stage and CHK is running the show. can't help but think CBI is in there somewhere. or at least will be. and yes your friend is right about the brick. on paper the phantom doesn't fly.:-/ go figure. peace out.
