CSTI is a brokerage or an investment firm that many around here consider to be a Market Maker. Whoever was behind the desk today was often #1 or #2 on the BID and the ASK. They were clearly manipulating the stock down today and are probably the only reason we didn't close green after that late rally (which was freakin awesome by the way).
