I am not an expert but being in this stock so long, i think at this point 0.17/0.18 is reasonable for now. Mid 20's is expected with some new contracts or mandate expansion.
I would not have sold this if it had gone up on contract news.
If i remember last time agora had pumped it to 0.24ish and then brought it down to 0.12.
I do not expect it to go back to 0.12s again probably way too oversold last time.
Hope other board members concur.
