NOT suprised the DM RD dont have studio experience, thats the way the office is run too. I started out as associate moved up to Sm and then DM. At that time all the people in home office were the same. That was back in the 80s Back then your boss had walked in your shoes so to speak. I was with company 80-88 then 94-2010 as a DM WEnt in the toilet when David Meyer a corprate raider bought the company and gave it to a pharmacist Renato to run
