R/S will happen when the O/S reaches 250MM-300MM. 2-3 mos is very possible... Just consider the rate of conversion... We're up five fold from the R/S... What would Volk do if more than half of the A/S is in circulation? Someone with a $20 dollar bill could assume control of the comapny. (because the pps will be .00001 by then) Not that any sane person would but you never know... Montecito for example could buy back a ton of Stock and control WGAS... Sell back the VM lease end the litigation and throw the rest of company in the trash...
