Thats been the same goal for 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009,2008 and you can keep going. The only goal that they keep is the RS. Don't forget this company will tell you after each RS as they have in the past, that it is a good thing. So if you think an RS is a good thing, think of it as a goal and one that they keep repeating for you.
