It hasn't been long since Cirtran came out of Bankruptcy. The company should've a new start. YA Global restructure Cirtran loan. It was converted into shares to pay ($100.000) each month.

OOUCH!!

I have to see what Cirtran is going to do with the company going forward before I invest anymore money. The company's revenue needs to show revenue profits from the sell of products instead of revenue from converting debt into shares (paying for debts and labor). Now is the time for Cirtran's CEO get his sale team to push and sell the company's products.

It maybe so Cirtran is probably in the middle of a ligation with Playboy enterprise. but at the same time they still have a company to run. We as shareholders can make demands on certain issues and ask questions, such as, what is going on with Playbev, is the company still manufactoring and selling the product, is so, where is it being ship and sold. How many cases are we selling of Playboy Energy Drinks. If the company isn't selling any of PBE drinks, then why not. If Cirtran receiving money from YA Global to continuing on staying in business then we as shareholder has a right to make certain demands, after all we're the ones supporting Cirtran Corp financially.

Those Converted shares who do you think paids for them, we do as traders and shareholder. Again if Cirtran is using shares to pay for the continuing operation of the company. Then what the use of having the same top management team running the company if they is not generating revenue from sales of product, not diluting stockshares to keep this company financially stable to run itself, without the need of toxic financing. The CEO needs to get off of his comfortable seating and get this company out of the red and into the black.
