MJNA accountant is a CPA with 20+ years experience and a completely clean record in the state of California. Someone can easily look up his record through an internet search.

When you call this company a fraud you are implicating him in it as well. It's borderline libel. The guy has never had a mark on his license and used to be a PCAOB auditor. MJNA hired him because he is cheaper than an official auditor. They hired an ex auditor to make sure thier ducks were in a row before proceeding. As a shareholder, I appreciate the cost effective move by management.
