So the plastic stored outside was wet...
What about the plastic stored inside?
What about the constant supply of plastic that can be off loaded inside?
What about simply running the plastic through a dryer?
The most widely used means of plastic separation is a water bath followed by a dryer.... you mean jbi is going to be on the cutting edge of plastic processing and yet they don't even possess the most basic processing equipment???
Just a convent, easy to grasp excuse for not running.
Remember, you can't overcome the MOST FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM so the longer it takes to run the further off the solid proof that the MOST FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM is in fact the real reason that this can not be run.
