Oh really? How can they drill they DO NOT own the VM lease free and clear!It's STILL in litigation! Sorry, where was that start date in the PR? Who is their drilling partner? When was the letter written, why is it not posted or publically released? Volk has been dangling that $8.5MM in front of us for the past 8 mos! Hurricane season is around the corner with no money committed by now there is now way they'll drill in Q2 or Q3! The I1 took almost 9 mos! they have to have a platform built installed and hooked up, piping infrastructure has to be laid, testing has to be done, priming the line and cleanout has to be done and before that they have to have a drilling/exploration company retained to do all of the work IFt hey can find one! they might be wait listed for 3 mos before they can even leave the dock! What are the contingencies to receiving the money? When will the litigation be settled? This PR is about as intellectually dishonest as you can get with out being arrested for fraud!
