What an education I got on patent plays with this one....Judge throws out laches without hearing...allows jury verdict with large simple math error...delay after delay on decision....I think JJ has retired and not told the rest of us....DOJ is a joke now days. On my part only a few thousand shares but I have made numerous bad decisions....not selling several times and buying back in..especially in Oct 2012 at $5.70. No way I get out now even if this goes to 2014...would sell at $6..otherwise I hold. Sorry to sound so negative, but had to get this out of my system...GLTA
