Exactly how much patience should be exercised when a company cannot even meet its own stated schedule for filing a simple disclosure report? And exactly how can anyone know if there is any product at all? In fact, it has been represented that there already was a product. Now, we are told that they are developing one, but that it will be unavailable, & thus unverifiable, to either Americans or Canadians. How very convenient.
My advice is to treat this like all other pinkies; i.e. a scam until proven differently.
