All of this added to the fact that this merger when announced only produced one thing ...as share price that went from a very brief high of .0005 down to .0001

This company is broke by their own admission, they said they did not have the money that was needed to put a PR out on the wire service and thats why the merger PR was on the PRWEB site, a free news release site... yet they had money to send a guy to Turkey for two weeks... not one verifiable thing has been accomplished by them, but there is plenty of talk about "whats going to happen" And now just 4 weeks after the merger announcement where they stated there would be no need for an RS they are doing one... after the market absorbed over 500,000,000 shares being sold and volume has dried up they now have a need for one.

Sorry I just aint buying any of this... and I feel for anyone who gets stuck... I have been caught in these before...and its no fun when your sitting there for 20 days unable to trade your shares and you watch it go down every day until its beyond hope and when you can finally trade your shares again, there is no point in doing so.

I want nothing more then to be wrong... I took my loss on this, I got in for .0004 for 6 million shares and sold yesterday for .0001 I just hope no one loses money that they can not afford to lose. Good luck to you and I hope this is all that they say it will be, but for me $600 out is better then $60
