I heard meeting one of the NASDAQ criteria gaurantees a listing but they can approve on potential...How else do some of those biotechs on NASDAQ that never had sales , just grants for research and a posibility of a drug approved (which most don't get approved )get onto the upper tiers?...They could look at other companies like starbux and others and decide, yes this has a favorable chance and give them a listing...We'll find out...BCCI
