Then you have a liquidity problem. We can't trade under a 250,000 O/S and that will open the door to a dilution free-for-all. You need a few million in floating imo. I don't care about a R/S, I just don't like what usually happens after the R/S more times than not. A restructuring will need kid gloves in it's execution whatever the company decides.

There are also many sub .10 stocks I'm currently or was involved in that have massive MM participation. Both full reporting and dark.
