Doesn't look like dilution to me. I believe it says the old shares are going to be retired, so the "new" issuance is merely to take the place of the old shares. Maybe I read that wrong but that's what I gather. Of course IMO.

Note: I am not in this stock, been in a few times and would love this to drop so I can get a nice re-entry. But I hate misinformation so if someone can disprove me please do so.
