Ok, so the fiscal year is 4/01/13. They have 15 days, after today ,to file the annual report. They were given the extention because they obviously had reasonable excuses as to why they are late filing.

Thanks for the information.
It was very helpful.

Maybe their so busy making all those changes to the company that they felt it wasn't neccessary to file the annual report on the old company until the new changes were intact. Makes sense?
