The revised patent application is due to either a purchase or licensing of the asset upon its approval. A week or so ago I posted this status change. This seems to support a potential relationship with acacia or other big partner

Vonage the VoIP provider which will utilize dutv compression to break into IPTV market. Additionally dutv seems to bring some other bandwidth potential from other deals not yet announced. The interest from vonage for this is obvious and makes sense to those that have done their DD

Torq info from merger will surface in next filings and I expect news out prior to that filing.

All this means in less than eight days a new ball game for this co and clearly their strategic direction will be unveiled.
