T&R is a full subsidiary of DIAAF, so no matter what, DIAAF will be first in line to know of any plans IMO
I was more thinking along the lines of "before going public by means of an official PR by DIAAF, I will update you all 'as if you were part of me'".
But then gain, he could mean something completely different as well: Doing it with all of us.... hmmm
