i see more stock on the offer than he bid. Someone wants out and we have no idea how much stock they have left to go. It may end up being a great buying opportunity but who knows. Too much uncertainty in the stock along with recent unclear dilution. No one really knows what occurred because the company is so non-transparent. This is what happens... Trust me I was in corporate IR for a few years.
